Get a Professional Inspection. Our Professional and Certified Inspector will come to your house and perform a fair an accurate inspection of your house. We will provide you with a thorough and detailed report outlining the inspection findings. We will give you direction and help problem solve issues that you choose to fix.
We’ll Sign Off on Corrected Issues. After the initieal inspection we will make one return visit, free of charge, to inspect any issues that you decide to fix. We will sign off on resolved issues and this will be shown in your inspection report.
Inspection Summary Reports. We will provide you with Promotional Inspection Summary Reports that can be handed out to potential buyers. The report will be complete with marketing pictures, descriptions and comments on the house and a summary of the inspection.
