This series provides the
opportunity to foster a deeper connection with your baby and develop
increased awareness in your body that is home for both of you.
will practice gentle postures to remedy the common discomforts of
pregnancy and use breath, visualization and meditation to cultivate
flexibility, calm and confidence in preparation for labour and
childbirth. Yoga will enhance your ability to relax and increase
comfort in your changing body. It also helps make labour and childbirth
more enjoyable and successful.
