We aim to improve your flexibility, speed, strength, determination, endurance and self defence skills but we also aim to enhance character building aspects of decision making, self control, focus, spirit, leadership, nutrition, self respect and respect for others. This physical and mental approach to training at the Ontario Self Defence Centre aids to the balance and harmony of the centre, the Instructors, our students and parents. The Ontario Self Defence Centre aims for a true balance of attitude and aptitude. Our Martial Art system is unique to Ontario, and we are focused on teaching real life skills and reality based self defence, our system is not a sport we teach to ages 5 and up.
