When returning a product for paid repair, you must pay a non-refundable
submission fee of $10 by credit card. When we receive your product, we will
contact you with a quote for the repair and return shipping; if you accept it,
we will charge the balance of the cost to your card.
If your NiteFlux product is still under warranty and was purchased from a shop,
you should ask its staff for service before making a warranty claim here. If
they keep stock, they may replace it immediately, but this is done at their
discretion, and they are entitled to return it to us instead. If you prefer,
you can always deal directly with NiteFlux for your warranty service.
A warranty claim may only be made by the original purchaser. Products bought
from online auction sites (such as eBay) are excluded. Heavily discounted items
(2/3 or less of RRP) are often know to be very old at the time of sale and are
I understand that I must include dated proof of product purchase when making a
warranty claims. If not included or invalid, my claim will not be processed.

You can view or change any of the details of an existing record, including
converting an invalid warranty claim to a paid repair and making additional
payments for an existing repair. Any comments added by NiteFlux service staff
will also appear.
