The Health Services offers University of Toronto students the same services as a family doctor’s office, and more. They provide confidential, student-centered health care, including comprehensive medical care, travel medicine and education, immunization, and referrals for specialized treatment.
Health and Dental Plans
As a student of the University of Toronto you are automatically enrolled with the Health & Dental Plan provided by the U.T.S.U. and underwritten by Greenshield Canada. You should receive a benefits guide by mail, or check out their website linked below for more details and information.
Some students may already have sufficient coverage from their parents, and do not require this service. As this is recognized, you have the option of opting out of either one or both of these plans at the beginning of the fiscal year. More information should be expected via email, or contact [email protected] for inquiries.
