The Engineering Portal offers students various faculty-related services and resources, such as:

  • Online Requests concerning final examinations, Letter of Registration, etc.
  • Engineering Ranking Report (Unofficial Engineering Report)
  • On-line Engineering Portfolio

Online Requests

  • Copy Of Final Examination – $13 per exam, non-refundable, 1-2 weeks processing time
  • Marks Re-Check – clerical check ONLY, $13 per exam, refundable if your mark changes after it becomes official
  • Petition – for final examinations or special consideration, NOT term work
  • Letter of Registration – $7.35 for the first copy and $0.53 for each additional copy, or free of charge if accompanied by a form for the Office of the Registrar to complete (e.g. RESP, car insurance, ISIC card)
  • Engineering Program Transfer – Intended for First Year Engineering students who have completed their First Year to transfer into a different program in the coming school year

Engineering Ranking Report (Unofficial Ranking Report)

On-line Engineering Portfolio

  • Select winners of In-course Scholarships and Awards
  • Identify potential applicants for external awards (i.e. The Next 36)


Allows students to pay the fees towards the Office of the Registrar via MasterCard, Visa, or American Express for various services, such as PEY or eSIP registration and requests for a Letter of Registration.

Counselling and Psychological Services offers students short-term individual counselling, psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, group therapy, workshops, and psychiatric medication services. They provide confidential, student-centered health care, including comprehensive medical care, travel medicine and education, immunization, and referrals for specialized treatment.

The purpose of the Career Centre is to equip students and recent graduates with knowledge and skills they will need to make informed career decisions and employ effective work search techniques. By participating in Career Centre activities, participants will be able to act more purposefully in pursuing their own career development and in establishing and managing their careers.
