Equipment stopped working…
If your furnace,
boiler, air conditioner, or any related heating/cooling equipment has stopped
working, we will dispatch a technician to assess the problem. There is a wide
variety of problems that may have occurred, so it's necessary to perform an on-site
inspection. We do not provide quotes over the phone. There is a charge associated
with this visit, however, if we are the contractors performing the required work,
this charge will be waived.
My gas service has been shut
off by the gas company…
If this has happened to
you, chances are you've been "Red Tagged". The gas company has determined
that some of your equipment is not set up according to the industry code. We will
perform the necessary work to bring your equipment back to regulated code standards.
If your gas connection was shut off because of this, we will turn it back on when
the work is completed. It is our responsibility to complete the "Red Tag"
and submit it to the gas company to notify them the work was done by a certified
technician and that your gas service was turned on by us.

There are many situations that
can constitute an emergency from smelling gas to waking up to a cold house, in
the middle of a cold winter night. Whatever the situation, our technicians are
on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A technician will come to your home and
get your equipment working properly again.
