What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is one of the most versatile printing methods on the market.  It can be used to print on paper, paperboard, plastic, glass, metals, fabrics, nylon and cotton to create eye-catching signage, decals, labels, and custom clothing.

A stencil which defines the image to be printed is created either manually or photo-chemically right on the screen made of a mesh-like material (porous fabric or stainless steel mesh) tightly stretched over a wooden or metal frame.  Ink is put on the top of the screen which is placed over the material to be printed.  The ink is forced through open areas of the screen where no stencil is applied using a squeegee – resulting in a formation of the desired image on the material.

Our Method

At Yes Canada we use plastisol, water-base and puff inks of the highest quality to ensure that your designs are vibrant in colour and resistant to chipping, fading and regular wear and tear.  Your promotional attire must be truly superb in order to capture product appeal and receive the best results from your marketing efforts.  Our raw materials and machinery produce the kind of quality that lasts.

Attractive Attire

How often have you attended a tradeshow only to receive an unflattering promo t-shirt you’ll never wear again?  Yes Canada has seen it all and we make a point of creating your promotional apparel using the most flattering, stylish and trendy brands.  Your branded t-shirt, jacket, or hat will be something that your customers will enjoy wearing.  The more they enjoy it, the more they’ll wear it – which means maximum marketing for you!

The Benefit of Pantone Colours

We are experts in the use of pantone colours.  The pantone colour book is extensive, allowing us to accurately match the colour of your designs with our printing colours.  Our wide range of pantone colours ensures that there will be far less risk of colour rejection.

Since screen printing is capable of such diversity, costs vary widely from project to project.  Yes Canada offers highly competitive pricing in the industry and caters to your every want and need so that your promotional products are something you can be proud of.

Your price will depend on the number of colours, locations, the total quantity of your order, and the colour of your base garment.  There is a standard setup fee of $25 per colour for designs that are no bigger than 10 x 10.  If your design requirements are larger, your price will vary accordingly.
