This allows us to eliminate all the excess, non-value adding services and non-technical management which allows us to lower the IT Total Cost of Ownership and further benefit our clients by passing those savings along. We work to provide managed services to our clients through our vendor partnerships who are dedicated specialists in their field.
Since our directive is mainly to provide support services, we do not profit from the procurement or referral process. This enables us to pass on the full savings to our clients which in turn allows business to free up time from their IT concerns so they can focus on their company's strategic roles
- User Support
Virtual TechPool will manage and troubleshoot user issues. Identify re-occurring issues and common trends and isolate the root causes. We resolve incidents by recommending equipment replacement, configurations changes, or user training.
Virtual TechPool provides a lower resolution time for incidents and provides a pleasant client experience. We work to identify client requirements and issues, and develop appropriate service levels with the clients.
IT Support is provided 24x7
Proactive work will be performed on a monthly basis and generally constitutes 30% of the work performed for the client. Proactive work is an essential service as it detects, prevents, and repairs issues before they occur:
Security Maintenance (Patches, Antivirus and Firewall/VPN)
Data Management – Including Data Organization and Protection (Capacity planning, Backup and Archive)
Documentation verification and Updates
Power and Environmental Management and control – UPS, Temperature, Humidity, Physical security

Virtual TechPool provides emergency IT support 24/7. We establish client points of contact and emergency protocols to properly notify and communicate and efficiently handle the emergency incident. A post-emergency incident report will follow for Emergencies affecting the Network Infrastructure.
