The Role of the ThinkLife Health and Wellness Coach in Toronto is to:
> Tap into and expand your awareness of your strengths, skills, creativity and other resources.
> Inform, inspire and empower you in effective self-management of life issues that are impacting your health or wellness.
> Provide you with mindful and practical tools for self-discovery, motivation and goal setting in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
> Utilize interventions that may include motivational interviewing, solution-focused coaching and cognitive behavioural techniques in order to effectively motivate behaviour change.

Life coaching can be done in person or by telephone, depending on the client’s needs. Kasandra’s life coaching and health and wellness Toronto services are available by appointment only. 
You pay one fee per coaching session which is tailored to your needs and goals.
