Each product that we make is made with the purest of ingredients to ensure a quality product. Due to low moisture content in a sugar and gingerbread dough base, our cookies can last up to three to four months without spoiling. We recommend that our cookies are consumed within two weeks of receiving them for optimum freshness. After this time, the cookies are still safe to eat. The cookies should be stored at room temperature and away from sunlight. Cupcakes and cakes are always best eaten close to purchase date, as they are more perishable. Cupcakes and cakes should always be refrigerated, and eaten at room temperature.
