The Canadian Cancer Society:

One GREAT option is to offer a donation in lieu of a small gift that is often eaten, thrown away or forgotten (no offense meant, but that’s what happens with most bonbonierres!).

Wedding favours that give back!

Monogrammatiks playing card company is currently offering a 15% deal on any order of customized playing cards. You will receive 7.5% off of your order, and we will match your discount in a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society!

  • You can order fully customized decks of playing cards directly through our website at
  • You can upload your own photograph for the back of the card, add text, and design the cards to be exactly what you want.
  • You can even customize the faces (King, Queen, Ace, etc) of the cards to make a truly unique deck (extra charges apply for this option).
  • Orders as small as 4 decks are available, or as high as 1000+ decks.
  • Toronto-based, and orders ship within

Other products and services from The Brides' Project

The Brides' Project: Music/DJs

For those of you who have attended any of my events, you’ll be familiar with their fabulous interactive style… one that is sure to please any bride and groom, and keep your dancefloor packed until the wee hours. I met the lovely Jennifer Moersch at a wedding in January, and I was sure I’d conducted a wedding where she was providing the music before.

The Brides' Project: Floral & Decorations

Bernard donates a portion of all funds that are derived through referrals from The Brides’ Project in keeping with our socially-conscious mission and to help brides achieve that wedding that really DOES last a lifetime. We are offering free wedding consultation, a free throw bouquet for the bride and a free, day and night, boutonnieres for the groom for all wedding booked with us.

The Brides' Project: Gown Alterations/Cleaning

Grace is extremely knowledgeable about the cleaning needs of wedding gowns, and recently came to TBP to take a look at what we have on the rack. I’m just delighted to welcome such a lovely person, and such an incredible service to what we offer here at The Brides’ Project. Pearl Seto has been doing alterations for 25 years for the salons and has also spent many years working for Alfred Sung.

The Brides' Project: Hair & Makeup

Throughout her years of experience, Julia has had the pleasure of working with many brides, bringing out their individual beauty and making them feel confident and look radiant on their special day. It is also a very good idea to have a consultation with your artist at least a month prior to your wedding so that you are both on the same page when it gets to the big day.

The Brides' Project: REFERRALS

These are people who we’ve worked with and share in our mission of social enterprise and supporting agencies who help children and adults with cancer. If you decide to use any of these services, let them know that The Brides’ Project sent you. We’re compiling a list of resources; the pages will be updated from the archived site.
