The primary focus at Soulspring is individual counselling, coaching and psychotherapy, however Susan also teaches a series of ongoing meditation classes, and offers private teaching sessions and stress reduction groups and workshops as well.

Regardless of whether or not you are participating in individual counselling sessions, establishing the foundation of a regular meditation practice can go a long way toward reducing stress and tension in your life. Customized groups can be arranged and conducted at a location of your choosing if you have a group of 4 or more individuals.
