IX of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, TEMA, API, HEI, and 3A standards.Capability to manufacture equipment from materials:Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel®, Incoloy®, Monel®, Aluminum, Hastelloy®, Titanium, Nickel Alloys.

Typical Industrial Processes Using Heat Exchanger:

Unique process applications requiring heat exchange in petroleum refining, chemicals, petrochemicals (alkylation, crude units overheads, chemical synthesis, polymerization, etc). Applications: Heaters, Condensers, Evaporators, Interchangers, product coolers.

Shell and tube heat exchangers are commonly used for the transfer of heat in industrial process applications. They are available in a variety of diameters and lengths. The U-tube & Hairpin heat exchangers are designed for a wide range of liquid to liquid and steam to liquid applications.

Our scope of capabilities includes:

    - TEMA “B”, “C” and “R”

    - With or without expansion joints

    - Evaporators

    - Horizontal and vertical construction

    - Single, double and triple grooving

    - Welded tube-to-tube sheet construction

    - Replacement tubing bundles

    - Coil and baffle arrangements designed to maximize heat

      transfer performance

    - Designed for liquid to liquid & steam to liquid applications

    - API 660

Tubes expanded into stationary tube sheet allow for tube expansions and contractions, due to thermal fluctuations, without causing stresses on the joints. Manufactured using the most advanced technology available and is specifically engineered for a wide range of applications.

Failing to lower the salt and other contaminants from the crude oil can cause corrosion and fouling to the downstream equipment and also lower the economical value of the crude due to the high cost of production. After the oil has been washed and mixed, resulting in an emulsion of oil and water, demulsifying chemicals are added and electrostatic fields are used to break up the emulsion.

It is sometimes equipped with different meters to determine oil, water and gas rates, necessary to diagnose well problems, evaluate production performance of individual wells, and manage reserves properly. Separators work on the principle that the three components have different densities, which allows them to stratify when moving slowly, with gas on top, water on the bottom, and oil in the middle.

The sweetening process entails mixing the sour gas with an amine solution, which absorbs the acidic gases later in the process as the mixture is heated and cooled until the purified and acidic gases are separated. Gas sweetening units, (also known as amine treating units), are a processing unit that removes contaminants from gas, making it environmentally suitable for transportation and commercial use.

Pressure Vessels

We have the expertise and heavy duty equipment necessary to fabricate very large pressure vessels. IX of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, TEMA, API. SMAW: Shielded Metal Arc Welding. GTAW: Gas Tungsten Arc Welding.

Glycol dehydration units are most predominantly used for removing large amounts of water, and adsorption is used for cryogenic systems to reach low moisture contents. Natural gas in transit to market should be dehydrated to a controlled water content to avoid hydrate formation as well as minimize corrosion problems.

The purpose of gas conditioning units is to pre-treat natural gas and other combustible gasses prior to injecting them into a more critical process or a gas turbine generator. The liquid contaminants are collected in a sump and automatically drained from the system for easy operations. All system components and piping are skid-mounted for transport and installation.
