Thai Kickboxing Classes Physically intense but more rewarding than a classic cardio kick boxing class, you will learn basic Thai boxing techniques, great kicks and punches and basic self-defense skills while toning up and burning calories hitting bags and pads. small group setting for a more personalised coaching. Beginners and intermediate levels. A typical class: Warm-Up 30 mins conditioning bootcamp style circuits with full body exercises. 40 mins technical skills (Jab, Cross, Hook, Front and Round Kicks, Knee and Elbow Strikes,combinations), punching bag drills, focus pad work, no contact sparring. Cool down + yoga stretch + breathing/relaxation exercises.
