Small Group Conditioning Circuit Training A pure one hour sport conditioning workout, for beginners and more advanced levels, with elements of cross-fit, MMA fitness, kickboxing, Tabata in a small group setting for a more personalised coaching. Circuits change each time. A typical class: Warm-Up + 3-5 circuits of 5-8 full body exercises in 1-2 mins intervals with 30-60 seconds rest in between. Depending on your level, more or less repetitions will be done but the ultimate goal is for everyone to complete the sets. Advanced members or beginners should feel the same level of tiredness and enjoyment at the end, no matter your fitness, intensity and consistency in training is what matters. Equipment used: Bands, dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainer, medecine/slam balls, weighted bars, agility cones, skipping ropes + focus mitts, kicking pads, punching bags for boxing exercises.
