Are you finding yourself stuck, repeating unhappy patterns in your life and trying to figure out why? Are you struggling with your relationship with your spouse, partner, child, or at work? Is stress taking a toll on your mood?

For all these reasons and more it can be helpful to sit with a professional, compassionate person as you look inside yourself and at your life and begin to appreciate how you got where you are, and start to reflect on how to work on shifting patterns and perceptions in a way that will be helpful as you move towards change.

I offer psychotherapy - where you sit and talk with me on an ongoing, weekly basis about what is going on in your mind and in your life, and together we work at making sense of where you've been and where you would like to be.

In art psychotherapy we would have the same conversations but you would also be involved in making artwork that expresses your thoughts, feelings, dreams, moods, as we meet from week to week.

If you are interested in booking a first meeting to see if this is right for you, please feel free to call me or email me.

Please note that my services are not covered under OHIP as I am a non-medical practitioner.
