Human Rights and Workplace Privacy E-Bulletin

The union filed a policy grievance, seeking a declaration that in the future the University was required upon request to provide the union with all applicants' résumés, applications, interview notes, rankings and other related documents during the grievance process. In a number of job selection grievances, the union asked the University for copies of job applicants' résumés, job applications, and related documentation.
