The Mews

The Mews at 1177 Yonge Street is our retail location. We offer a substantial inventory of frame samples from our existing inventory of over 800 mouldings. We offer consultatuion services and at this location a large selection of ready made frames, both modern and antique. Services include installation of art work while clients wait. A premium is levied for same day service. Our inventory of moulding length and our production facility allows us to produce frames on a same day, next day or while you wait basis. At the Mews regular shows of original art and schedualed in conjunction with D & E Lake Ltd. The emphasis is on works on paper, the decorative and fine framing. The Mews stocks a limited quantity of 20th century decorative graphics, etchings, watercolours and drawings. On display are selections of mirrors, objects and art work that will assist clients in making framing decisions. The director of the mews is Linda K. Pickard who has 25 years of experience in the framing business.  


45 Raleigh Ave. is our main production facility. It is open only by appointment to trade or for very large projects.

Our staff on Raleigh, Craig Wallace and Bill Nix are highly trained in finishing, leafing and the restoration of frames. We carry a very large and comprehensive inventory of mouldings, both finished and raw. Raleigh Ave. is designed for the framing business with spray booths, cutting rooms and a walk-in vault area. Raleigh carries an extensive inventory of period frames.
