Sustainable Weight Loss

We will work together to alter both your behaviour and your physiology, to shift your relationship with food and your body, to make the weight loss sustainable. We begin with a 2-hour live Foundation Session and follow with 11 X 30-minute in-clinic or phone sessions, one per week, four per month.
