CMI provides comprehensive residential treatment services to offenders. Each client is assessed by professional staff utilizing instruments designed to elicit criminogenic needs and offender risks. A clearly defined, individualized treatment plan is developed with the client which systematically moves the client toward increasing responsibility and self-awareness while providing appropriate supervision to enhance community safety.

Our goal is to release clients with skill appropriate employment, cash savings, suitable housing, an addiction-free lifestyle, enhanced impulse control, and improved problem solving skills.  Clients are transferred from residential to community aftercare in accordance with clearly defined criteria established in conjunction with local authorities.

CMI operates comprehensive community-based service centers.  Clients are referred by the Courts, Probation, Law Enforcement, Parole, and Private Industry.

Community Alternative programs are offered at all of our locations.  Each offender is carefully assessed and an individualized program plan developed which includes both treatment and supervision. Random and routine monitoring is conducted in accordance with strict standards.

Our community based program are routinely audited by federal, state, and local oversight agencies and have consistently received superior to excellent ratings.

All aspects of our programs are managed by the Client Management Software (CMS) system.  This software system was specifically designed for residential community corrections programs by Correctional Software Applications, LLC.  CMS was built for Security, Case Management, and Administration.
