Headshot Services | Toronto Portrait Studio

By: Callback Headshots  09-12-2011

We don’t count exposures. We dont hold a stopwatch. We shoot until we are 100% certain that you have all the great shots you need.

Typically, a session runs about 2 hours. We will go over your wardrobe, and talk about what were looking to accomplish. You might even be offered tea or special Callback Headshots brand water (the secret ingredient is ice).

As you can see in the gallery, I like to work both in studio and outside with natural light to make sure that your shots are unique to you. We match up background, light, and wardrobe to bring out different sides of your personality. No head swaps.

Note: “Touched up” means that things like blemishes, and overly baggy/bloodshot eyes will be fixed up… It does not mean “make you look like a botoxed mannequin”.

On your CD you will also receive EVERY single proof we shot. No extra charge. No watermarks.

The Session | Toronto Portrait Studio

This means I will touch them up, crop, fix things like contrast, and get rid of stray hairs, blemishes, and the like. Don’t feel like reading?Check out this video of a typicalphoto session with Dan. I will also select my recommended shots for you to help you with your choice. When you come in our standard practice is to make you comfortable.

Demo Reels | Toronto Portrait Studio

You can come into our studio and we will help direct you through the audition, edit, and then format it for submission in whatever medium you like. Whether to land an agent, or get your foot through that casting director’s door, we will put together a reel that will show you off. To help us achieve a short and sweet demo reel, we ask that you to provide us with notes on your footage.

Services | Toronto Portrait Studio

The free CD with all of the proofs and finished shots from the session, printing options, fast turnaround, a photographer who listens to you and your agent through the whole process… Those were the things I wanted to see when I was getting my headshots done years ago and are now what I am offering to my fellow actors and performers. To make sure you, your agent, the casting director, and your nana love your headshots and reel we work with you.
