address, etc.); and - Method of Payment.
Your order will be checked and approved before
processing. We will confirm to you, by fax, e-mail or telephone,
confirmation of receipt of your order, and shipping date.
All orders are subject to credit approval. Orders
received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped
the same day, provided that we have sufficient stock on hand.

Headsets – 14 Day Trial Offer
There are no costs related to trying the product for 14 days and the trial
period commences the day you receive the product. If, at the end of the
trial period, you do not wish to keep the product, then you are required
to return the item as soon as possible in the original box, together with
a copy of the Invoice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of
the customer and the goods must be packed securely to prevent damage. We
regret that we cannot accept liability for any item sent via standard
mail. If the item is not received 21 days after the beginning of the trial
period, we will assume that you wish to purchase the product and
anticipate receipt of your payment as indicated on the Invoice (net 30
Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Any goods being returned must be accompanied by a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number,
please telephone or e-mail us. Once you have your RMA, please pack the
item in its original packaging, together with the RMA, and a copy of the
Invoice, if possible. These items should then be re-packaged securely to
prevent damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any item sent
via standard mail.
