Your journey to health and wellness begins with a thorough nutrition/wellness assessment and a 11 day detox program to activate your sluggish metabolism.After your 11 day program,you begin a Metabolic Typing program to assessment the foods you like and don`t like and also to correct any food allergies that is slowing down your fat loss.Your 3rd and 4th assessments are for a complete meal plan and maintanance program.During the course of this program you recieve training/classes 3 days per week and a complete Thai Yoga Stretching Program.Remember Flexibility is Strenght.
