Post-Construction Phase

Our post-construction phase includes commissioning and training, project closeout documentation, municipal approval sign off, financial closeout. Our aim is to provide you with a complete budget integrating both design and construction costs at the initial stage of the project. We supply value engineering, accurate budgets, detailed scheduling and project implementation.

General Contracting

If you prefer a GC contract, you can rest assured knowing that you have a fixed price. Our services as a General Contractor are competitively priced based on documents supplied by the client and his or her consultants. Choose from the following contractual methods: Lump Sum Bid Process Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
