We provide 90 minute hatha yoga classes that consists of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises.  The repetition of the class allows the individuals to focus on there alignment, breathing and focus.  The heat helps you to go deeper into your stretch as it strengthens t-cell function and helps you stay healthy during cold and flu seasons.  The sequence of the postures in the order they come in help you to increase your flexibility and concentration to much deeper as you go through the class.  You don't have to be flexible or have any experience to try Bikram Yoga.  You just have to come with an open mind and try.  Here at Bikram yoga Red Tree, we're more then happy to answer any questions or concerns at any point in your practice that you may have.
