A very unique capability is our ability to create circuits and microelectronic interconnects on very thin layers of Polyimide materials. These “flexible” circuits can be used in applications that require low weight, low thermal mass or high reliability. We also have experience in manufacturing flexible sensors for specialized medical and in-body (subcutaneous) applications.

Thin film application of Physical Vapor deposition (PVD) materials on polyimide. Polyimide material may be wet or dry film. Processing of wet based polyimide ideal for wafer processing and can be delivered on sacrificial carrier.
