The service in nutrition counseling includes at least three stages:
When I first meet you I will familiarize with you
and your particular requirements and I will talk to you about
nutritional aspects that may be more important to you or those you
would like to address.
I will ask you to complete a food record which you can bring back at

A third visit is recommended in order to see if
the advice was followed and was feasible and also to give further
advice and talk about nutritional issues that concern you.
Other follow-up appointments are recommended depending on what the
problem is that you'd like to address and how many dietary changes are
required to achieve that.
The cost of one visit ranges from $50-100 and the complete food record
analysis is $75.
Special packages are also available.
The dietary modifications will be advised according to the type of
nutritionally-related health problem and the clients’ goals. The time between visits would depend on the particular aim. Biochemical
indicators (e.g. blood tests) would be an additional information tool
that the client can provide to the nutritionist for in-depth
follow-ups. The clients would also be able to contact the nutritionist
by phone or email for short queries.
