This elementary level issue grows to epic proportions where miscommunication and assumptions take the place of real connection.
In this course, learners will have the opportunity to explore some of the most important areas of communication that are a source of problems on teams. All of the subject matter is participant based and in the supervisor perspective.
TIME: 1 Day
By the end of the course, learners will be able to prepare for communication to save time and confusion in order to get the right message across.
Learners will have a better understanding of the multiple perspectives that need to be considered when working with superiors, subordinates, and peers within the organization.
Participants will be able to work through any miscommunication with greater skill to prevent further relationship damage and begin repairs.
The trained supervisor will be able to use an action plan to increase their understanding and organizational interests.
