We feel we can conquer any feat in this industry. In keeping with this mission, we offer a wide variety of services. No job is too big or small, as we treat each project with the same meticulous attention to detail.

We offer monthly payments on all our wedding packages, with a $300 deposit required at signing.
1.    Full event planning and coordination package $3999
(A to Z planning - From conception to reception)

•    Free Initial Consultation
•    100 hours of planning, consulting, and coordinating
•    Budgeting (developing a budget and staying within it)
•    Scheduling
•    All Planning needs from day one
•    Etiquette guidelines
•    Conflict resolution or mediation help with family, friends and vendors
•    Recommending vendors
•    Securing vendors and locations (booking approx. 20 vendors)
•    Meet all vendors in person with couple
•    Reminder and confirmation calls to all vendors
•    Develop and Provide itineraries to vendors and wedding party
•    Coordination of Rehearsal – 4 hours
•    Wedding Day – 16 hours of:
o    Two on-site event supervisors
o    Vendor services coordinated
o    Assuring set up is in order
o    Keeping itinerary on track and on time
o    Attending to the inevitable wedding mishaps before anyone notices so you can have a perfect day
o    Emergency kit always on hand for special needs (i.e. makeup, upset stomach, wrinkles on shirt, etc)

$40/hour will be added for any additional work needed over and above the package price (i.e. stuffing invitations, assembling favors, etc.)

2.    Our Popular Package $2799
         (Helping you mid-way)

•    Free Initial Consultation
•    70 hours of planning, consulting, and coordinating
•    Budgeting (developing it and staying within it)
•    Scheduling
•    All Planning needs after all the big stuff is booked
•    Etiquette guidelines
•    Conflict resolution or mediation help with family/friends/vendors
•    Recommending vendors
•    Securing vendors and locations (approx. 7 vendors)
•    Meet all vendors in person with you
•    Reminder and confirmation calls to all vendors
•    Develop and Provide itineraries to vendors and wedding party
•    Coordination of Rehearsal – 4 hours
•    Wedding Day – 16 hours of:
o    Two on-site event supervisors
o    Vendor services coordinated
o    Assuring set up is in order
o    Keeping itinerary on track and on time
o   Attending to the inevitable wedding mishaps before anyone notices so you can have a perfect day
o    Emergency kit always on hand for special needs (i.e. makeup, upset stomach, wrinkles on shirt, etc)

3.    The S.O.S package $1999
(3 months prior)

•    Free Initial Consultation

•    50 hours of planning, consulting, and coordinating

•    Scheduling

•    Planning needs beginning 3 months before the wedding to tie up loose ends and help you with last

      minute decisions

•    Etiquette guidelines

•    Conflict resolution or mediation help with family/friends/vendors

•    Recommending last minute vendors

•    Securing last minute vendors

•    Reminder and confirmation calls to all vendors

•    Provide itineraries to vendors and wedding party

•    Coordination of Rehearsal – 4 hours

•    Wedding Day – 16 hours of:

        o    Two on-site event supervisors

        o    Vendor services coordinated

        o    Assuring set up is in order

        o    Keeping itinerary on track and on time

        o   Attending to the inevitable wedding mishaps before anyone notices so you can have a perfect day

        o    Emergency kit always on hand for special needs (i.e. makeup, upset stomach, shirt wrinkles, etc)

•    Reminder and confirmation calls to all vendors
•    Provide itineraries to vendors and wedding party
•    Coordination of Rehearsal – 4 hours
•    Wedding Day – 16 hours of:
o    Two on-site event supervisors
o    Vendor services coordinated
o    Assuring set up is in order
o    Keeping itinerary on track and on time
o   Attending to the inevitable wedding mishaps before anyone notices so you can have a perfect day

$40/hour will be added for any additional work needed over and above the package price (i.e. stuffing invitations, assembling favors, etc.)

5.    ‘Set us up for success’ package $400

This package is ideal for those who want to do the entire event planning on their own, but need guidance on:

•    Setting a date and/or budget

•    Vendor & venue recommendations

•    Guidance on setting up an itinerary and timeline for the event

•    Also includes two complimentary follow up calls prior to the event to assure that you are on track and

      to see if you need further assistance

6.    Hourly

“ A Perfect Day” can also work with individual needs and requirements that don’t fit in an entire package.  In this case, we can work on an hourly basis to guide you through specific tasks that need to be completed for the event at $50/hour.

Note:
Our Event Planners are there to ensure all goes smoothly and will have an Emergency Kit on hand at all times in case an emergency arises (i.e. Mud on your dress, snapped suspenders, wrinkles on clothes, etc.)

A Perfect Day will be present at set-up time and during the event to assure that all goes smoothly. This includes making necessary calls and follow ups the week/day before to ensure everything is confirmed for the affair.

2. Our Half Day Package

A Perfect Day will be present at set-up time and during the event to assure that all runs smoothly. This includes making necessary calls and follow ups the week/day before to ensure everything is confirmed for the affair.

3. Hourly $50/hour

" A Perfect Day " can work on an hourly basis to guide you through specific tasks that need to be completed for the event. This could represent any type of planning, guidance, or meeting with vendors etc.


*If your party will require a lot of planning, a special package can be created for you to suit your needs.* Note:
