ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dick Moss has worked for more than two decades as the Editor/Publisher of Physical Education Digest and Physical Education Update.com . He is also the head coach of Track North Athletic Club and the Laurentian University Women's Cross-Country running and track teams in his hometown of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. As a middle-distance runner and long sprinter in the 1970's, he was an All-American at the U. Of Wisconsin and also a member of the Canadian National track and field team.
