Taekwon-Do is a great way to encourage a healthy lifestyle, not only for youth but also for adults.

Youth can benefit from the fitness aspect but they will also gain muchmore. Taekwon-Do is a great way to improve concentration, confidence,respect, discipline, and the ability to defend themselves againstbullies and strangers.

For adults, you are never too old tobenefit from the martial arts. Just because you cannot kick someone inthe head does not mean you should not benefit from the fitness aspectTaekwon-Do provides, also to benefit from the self-defence instruction.

We have three different classes to meet your needs.

TKD Tots from ages 4 to 6
Youth/Family Class from ages 7 and up.
Teen and Adult Class from ages 13 and up.

During each one of these classes you learn the Korean art of self-defence, Taekwon-Do.
