Coaching is a coach/client relationship where the client is taught how to implement new skills, make positive changes and set realistic goals. Coaches work with clients to help them find their own solutions and use strategies to encourage action. Coaching is NOT therapy, consulting or counselling and should never be used to replace any professional services. What is confidence coaching? Confidence coaching is a new profession that helps people develop confidence and build self-esteem. Confidence coaches teach new skills using visual materials and reinforce ideas with a discussion and activities. Coaching focus on: •self-awareness •self-acceptance •self-image •self-talk •self-esteem Who benefits from coaching?
