Construction / Project Management
Brouwer Construction (1981) Ltd. has a long and successful history in the construction
and project management field. While not all projects lend themselves to this approach,
it is often one preferred by not-for- profit organizations in the private sector such as
churches, private schools, etcetera. This approach to construction is one which allows
considerable more flexibility on a day-to-day basis between all project share holders
while still ensuring the cost benefits normally achieved though tendered, stipulated
Brouwer Construction (1981) Ltd., in association with Braemar Building Systems, is
uniquely positioned to provide cost-effective and time-sensitive solutions to the needs
of a variety of clients, both large and small. This positioning allows us to address the
need for clear-span structures by agricultural, commercial, warehousing, sports and
leisure and other clientele. This is yet another we way in which we can exhibit a

Brouwer Construction (1981) Ltd., while less experienced in the "design build" formula,
is certainly willing and more than capable of working with a client from the concept stage,
through design, construction and to completion. Our experience in general contracting has
been well utilized at project development stage in helping clients determine project budgets,
provide critical cost analysis, critique proposed building systems and propose alternate and
efficient system designs where appropriate.
