Clinically Proven. Basic Science: 915 nm and 650 nm Wavelengths

Infrared absorption spectra of water (solid line) and human fat (dotted line), nothing approximate wavelengths of fat absorption maxima. (R.R. Anderson, et al. Lasers in Surgery and Medicine, 38:-13-919, 2006.) The 915 nm laser is one of the four wavelengths proven to effectively liquefy fat.

  • Twenty (20) women, aged 25 to 45 years
  • The lateroposterior lateral thigh (8.5x15 inches) was treated 2X per week for 4 weeks
    • Treatment time was 15 minutes per thigh
  • 94% of the patients felt their cellulite improved and remained improved 6 months after the last treatment VECTRA analysis showed:
    • 82% improvement at 1 month
    • 76% improvement at 3 months
    • 76% improvement at 6 months
  • 6 Months after treatment
    • Average surface elevation was 2.3mm (range, 0.63mm to 5.6mm)
    • Average flattening was 4.9mm (range, 1.4mm to 7.8mm)
    • Average volume change was 84-cc reduction (range, 17.4cc to 152cc)
