We at Fusion Power appreciate your consideration of this Feed in Tariff strategy, and it is our privilege to invite you to participate with us in the Ontario Solar Power Generation Marketplace.

The Province of Ontario designed the 20 year “Ontario Feed in Tariff Program” (FIT) to reasonably generate profit at a 15% IRR for Green Energy Investors, and in 2009 enacted ONTARIO BILL 150, Green Energy and Green Economy Act. T he FIT Rules that define the program are administered by the unbiased Ontario Power Authority (OPA).

The FIT Program is simply set up for 3 Phases of Security Intensive Development after FIT Application submission

FPDI develops FIT Standard Offers that are highly valuable and assignable to our Clients. They are proven risk free and Bankable to their Engineering Standards, and eliminate and 9-15 months of construction delay.

Through FPDI Assignment Contracts, our Clients have committed to assign 150MW of our Engineered and Bankable FIT Standard Offers. In 2011, FPDI raised Private Investment Capital enabling the execution of 50MW of new FIT Standard Offer Investments, and endeavor to achieve our 200MW goal.
