In these relaxation-focused classes, students are led through the self-care exercise of setting up props (such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps) before entering into postures that will be held for 5 to 12 minutes. Breath cues and reading for reflection are interspersed with long periods of silence to settle into the deep-healing nature of this practice.
This is a great class for relieving anxiety, depression and stress. Well-suited for anyone from beginners to advanced students.

Classes are available in 5 or 10 week blocks.
