This MBSR course is based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Classes run in blocks of 8 weeks and are held for 1 evening (3 hours) a week with one all-day weekend session during the 8 weeks.
Homework and home practise are required. Group work includes practice, numerous MBSR techniques, and discussion of assigned reading materials. A full-day silent retreat is included.
