These relaxation-focused classes move slowly through basic poses connected to breath, and finish with guided relaxation.
This is a great class for stress reduction. Well-suited for beginners to advanced students who enjoy a slower class, or if you have health concerns.
Mindful Movement is good for flexibility, balance, stress management and relaxation.
Classes are available in 5 or 10 week blocks.
Space is limited to 15 students for each Mindfulness Movement class.
