Pre Feasibility Study

Pre-feasibility studies are well researched yet generic due diligence reports that facilitate potential entrepreneurs in project identification for investment.

The main objective of the pre-feasibility studies prepared by

is to provide information about investment opportunities to the small & medium enterprises. A typical pre-feasibility study provides:

Layout Design

Once the brief is formulated a layout can be prepared. This would be a drawing or series of drawings. A set of room data sheets would also accompany the drawings. These room data sheets define the finishes in the rooms and the services required by the Process equipment.

Process Design

From the Brief the Process design is carried out, often in conjunction with Equipment suppliers. Technologists within the Client Company assist with this part of any project. It is fundamental that the Process is correct and efficient for the project to have the maximum benefit to the Client.

Site Supervision & Project Management

We manage the project from inception through construction to Commissioning and hand over. We would normally use an onsite construction management team for this important phase.
