The initial focus of my sessions is on stability and balance,
It then progresses to power, speed, and acceleration,
From there we work on agility,
And then build in game situation skills..
From practices, exercises, drills and game simulations - the effort a skater and team puts into improving its skating skills is what it gets out of it. I welcome the opportunity to help you improve your skating techniques..
