Human Resources Development
The most important asset of any organization, government, or company is the people inside. In order to achieve impact, they require stable, adaptable, efficient and effective staff. Clic-Consultants assists its clients in developing their human resources capabilities, starting with policies and procedures, training needs assessments and by developing the institutional and management structures to allow for the full participation of the staff in supporting decision making in the organization.
Clic-Consultants has developed several overarching training programs that are delivered in Arabic, French and English. Our training curriculum includes strategic planning, business process road-mapping, anti-corruption, civil society management, leadership and supervisory skills development, results-based management and TVET project lifecycle management. A parallel Train the Trainer program is also available. Our training is hands on, interactive and based on the latest adult training methodologies, and has been tested in different regions.
