Common Electrical problems are to be found in
the majority of homes. Examples are ungrounded outlets, lack of shock
protection, amateur wiring "improvements," and other conditions too
numerous to list.
Common problems found in garages are Holes in the drywall and automatic
door closers missing or not working properly. These conditions can
allow dangerous gases into the living areas of the home.
