Customer Loyalty Card Program
COMING SOON
to Kingsway Greenhouse!

How You Benefit

Simply use your Kingsway Customer Rewards Card to collect five, six or seven points for every dollar you spend at Kingsway Greenhouse. When you wish to redeem your points, they will be converted by the cashier into a “dollar” value according to the chart below, and can be used to purchase any product (services not included) currently in stock at Kingsway Greenhouse. You may use your reward “dollars’ to purchase items at regular, discount, sale or clearance prices, so the savings can be substantial. Read carefully and discover the best rewards program – ever! Please note: The Customer Loyalty Points have no cash value and can only be used to purchase products at Kingsway Greenhouse. See “Rules and Regulations” for details.

Here’s How it Works

Extra Point Days

When you shop on Friday, Sunday or Monday you will receive 5 points for every dollar* that you spend. When shopping on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from opening until 4:00 p.m., you will receive 6 points for every dollar* that you spend. If you shop on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until close, you will receive 7 points for every dollar* that you spend. Please note that we are CLOSED on Saturdays.* Taxes not included.

Here’s How the Value of Your Points are Determined

(The more points that you collect, the more valuable they become.) The reward “dollars” on the chart below are determined by taking the number of points, divide them by 5 and then multiply them by the corresponding percentage. Please note: Points are redeemable in increments of 250 and can be redeemed only once 500 points have been earned.

Examples:

One customer spends enough to receive 1000 points, while another customer spends enough to receive 1750 points. The second customer receives a greater reward, not just because they have earned more points, but also because their points are awarded a higher percentage level and have therefore become more valuable. (The more you spend, the greater the reward.)

1st Customer Scenario:

1000 points divided by 5 equals 200. Multiply 200 by 5%. This equals $10.00 reward “dollar” value. This customer may now use their points to purchase $10.00 worth of product at Kingsway Greenhouse, even if the item is less than regular price. In this scenario, this customer spent $200.00 during the “5 points per dollar” period, which would have been Friday, Sunday or Monday. However, if they would have shopped on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening when you get 7 points per dollar spent, they would have earned 1400 points (15 reward “dollars”, a 50% increase in reward “dollars”) when spending the same amount ie. $200.00. * Taxes not included.

2nd Customer Scenario:

1750 points divided by 5 equals 350. Multiply 350 by 7%. This equals $24.50 reward “dollar” value. This customer may now use their points to purchase $24.50 worth of product at Kingsway Greenhouse, even if the item is less than regular price. In this scenario, this customer spent $350.00 during the “5 points per dollar” period, which would have been Friday, Sunday or Monday. However, if they would have shopped on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening when you get 7 points per dollar spent, they would have earned 2450 points (36 reward “dollars”, a 47% increase in reward “dollars”) when spending the same amount ie. $350.00. And keep in mind, you can earn points when purchasing sale items, and redeem points to purchase sale items, so the rewards can be phenomenal. WOW!    * Taxes not included.

How Do I Obtain a Kingsway Greenhouse Customer Loyalty Card?

Will it Cost Anything to Become a Loyalty Card Member?

Will my Loyalty Card Expire? Will my Points Expire?

Yes and No.

The Loyalty Card will not be valid for collecting points during the next year after the year in which it was purchased. For example, a card purchased in the year 2011 will lose its validity for collecting points at the end of the year 2011, however, it will remain valid for redeeming points in the year 2012 or beyond. A new card will have to be purchased each year in order to earn points from the same years purchases. The points on your card will not expire and can be used any year. The only exception to this rule is as follows. Since points are redeemable in increments of 250, any number of points from 1 to 249 that remain on your card may be transferred to your next years card. For example, if you have earned 2471 points in the year 2011, and you used 2250 points in the year 2011 or 2012, you would still have 221 points left on your 2011 card. Those 221 points will be added to your 2012 card or during the year in which you decide that you would like to use them. Please note: The maximum number of points transferable from one card to another is 249 points. If your card is lost or stolen, please see “Rules and Regulations” on this website to become informed as to the steps you will need to take to protect yourself from losing your points.
