Try the FITMOM prenatal Yoga and FITMOM2Be Fitness class for FREE on Monday May 23rd, 2011 from 7-8pm.
The FITMOM2Be/Prenatal Yoga series incorporates Yoga & Muscular conditioning and cardio components to help you maintain a healthy pregnancy. Yoga Asanas (postures) are used to stretch and strengthen your body, develops body awareness and introduces you to postures that will help you faciliate the labour process. The Cardio and muscle conditioning component of the class will build stronger muscles to help you 'bounce back' after the birth of your baby and improves your cardiovascular conditioning to improve your stamina and help keep your body strong for birth.
All Classes are taught by a Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator, Yoga Exercise Specialist, Can Fit Pro Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist.
