This inspection can be preformed on it's own or if issues are found, paired with Air Sampling as needed. We will preform a compete IR inspection looking for areas of moisture intrusion, leaks (air & moisture), lacking or missing insulation, above average heat from electrical system, animal infestation, previous construction issues, and heating and cooling losses. You will be provided with a thorough computer generated comprehensive report that is easy to navigate and read, and includes; inspections photos, thermal images, illustrations, and repair/preventative recommendations. With a better understanding of what is going on in your home, you can now take steps towards maintaining, improving or repairing any discovered issues.
