Coaching with Sue
Sue is a certified ADHD coaching professional who uses a confidential, non-judgmental style that both supports you, and holds you accountable for the outcomes you are working toward. Sue will help you develop a plan to achieve your full potential by listening deeply, bringing clarity to your challenges, and helping you identify your passions and goals. Although most clients prefer to meet face to face, Sue also coaches by telephone and internet.
Adults and adolescents, who may have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder* (ADHD), can benefit from the ADHD coaching experience. Younger children with ADHD are more likely to benefit from tutoring or skill building and move into coaching as they mature. The experience with a professional ADHD coach will greatly increase your awareness and understanding of how ADHD impacts your life. You will learn and develop tools, systems, strategies and skills to effectively manage your ADHD-specific challenges. Having a trained ADHD coach working in partnership with you, makes this process effective and fulfilling.
Our experience shows that partners, parents, and family members of those with ADHD greatly benefit from coaching sessions where they learn how to provide support, while looking after their own needs at the same time.
* We use ADD, ADHD and ADD/ADHD interchangeably on this website.
