This course is based on over 20 years of experience and includes the knowledge, skills, and attitudinal qualities needed to be successful. This course is about how to develop a powerful value proposition about your company, business, product or service and how to get a compelling message to your target audience or market. The Consultative Selling process currently practiced is based on identifying and satisfying customer needs as a bases for creating value. However, inherent in the process is still an adversarial framework that relies on strong closing skills to overcome objections and negotiate agreement. The unresolved conflict awaiting parties in the process at the "close" is one reason 68% of sales people do not ask for a commitment at the end of a new business presentation. This is an advanced sales course based on a consultative approach but with three key differences. In Intelligent Selling we reframe the selling process into a shared journey to value.
