There is enough sweetness and crunch in this cereal that we thought we'd do away with the unhealthy and fattening sugar and oil. You didn't really want any of that anyway, did you? This cereal is equally delightful when served hot or cold - so you decide - it's your day!
Rolled oats, raisins (coated with vegetable oil), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, brown sesame seeds, flax seeds, wheat bran, oat bran. May contain traces of peanuts and/or other nuts.
Instantly Hot just add hot water, hot milk, hot soya milk, hot almond milk etc. cover for a minute and enjoy!
Instantly Cold add your milk of choice or yogurt (my favourite) and enjoy!
Ready to change it up a little? Use our Raisin cereal to bake up a batch of healthy cookies that'll be a bigger hit than chocolate chip! (Seriously, it's been tried and tested and people prefer our mouth-watering cookies!)
