The Leadership Experience Assessment (LEA) is a questionnaire designed to provide you with confidential, anonymous feedback on your leadership practices and potential. You will complete the LEA yourself (Self) and nominate several others (Observers) to do the same.  Please give some consideration to the selection of your observers. They must be people who have directly observed you in your leadership role. We suggest that you select a group of 10-12 observers, including all of your direct reports, your immediate manager, a selection of coworkers, and 2-3 people from outside your organization who have direct exposure to your leadership.

The Leadership Dimension Report (LDR) will ask you to rate words that refer to values, ideas, or personality aspects on a scale from “not very important” to “very important.”  It allows you to get a clearer understanding of what your values are, in order to help you express them more effectively


The Leadership Essentials Inventory is an online 360 questionnaire consisting of 40 questions.  It’s designed to provide you with confidential feedback on your leadership practices as well as your potential as a leader. You will complete the LCI yourself (Self) and nominate several others who have observed you in a leadership role (Observers) to do the same. This process will take approximately 20 minutes.


The Leader As Coach Inventory (LCI) is an online questionnaire designed to provide you with confidential feedback on your coaching practices and potential. You will complete the LCI yourself (Self) and nominate several others (Observers) to do the same. This process will take approximately 20 minutes. The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) is a 360 assessment that contains 30 questions, and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. The LPI-Self is designed to measure specific leadership behaviors and contribute toward your development as a Leader.You will also choose approximately 10 people to complete the LPI Observer.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a widely used personality indicator developed over 40 years ago by Katherine Briggs and Isabel Myers. The MBTI is based on the research and findings of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, who was one of the first behavioral scientists to study and categorize people’s behaviors.
